Need to get IT to stop sending 0 balance statements

After receiving texts and emails about a $2,200 balance due, I spent almost 30 minutes on the phone only to be told that my insurance denied covering the procedure. When I asked why, she said the proper billing info was not provided! I then asked why they're stalking the patient instead of simply reprocessing the claim with all the correct info?!? She told me to disregard the bill and allow a minimum of 45 days to reprocess. Unbelievable.
