The ease of submitting the application; friendliness and prompt replies from the mortgage lender made it a very nice experience.
The closing process is always very easy using Northwest Title Advantage. Tiffany does a great job and quick job at Title Commitment to getting the Alta to us. The closers always do a great job of explaining documents to clients. I have had issues with other Title Companies but never with Northwest.
