Excellent support and answers to questions from start to wire transfer to closing. Thank you for a smooth closing that literally took 15 minutes in the office!

Be on time, answer questions direct. Have your front office staff stop playing Youtube videos and laughing raucously when clients are in the meeting room next door, waiting, and the associate is already late.

Angela needs to be more prompt on returning calls and following up on calls she committed to. Additionally, the settlement check was cut for the incorrect amount and another check had to be issued.

The whole home buying process is lousy. The title company blames the lender; the lender blames the insurance company; the insurance company blames the lender; the real estate agent blames everyone! I had to do all the heavy lifting to get people to do their jobs! I was the only not getting paid through the entire process and I had to do all the follow ups and make calls to make sure everything got done! No one did what they said they would do! It was beyond frustrating! ABYSMAL!!!!!!!

I was not happy with Angela Watkins. She didn’t do her job. It was Always someone’s fault that she didn’t have the papers and info she needed for a couple of different itemswe we’re working with . She was working with my bank and panicking me at the last minute to get involved to get the info for her. My bank had sent everything to her. Come to find out she was hasseling the Vinton County Bank in Coshocton (or Chillicothe) instead of my bank in Canal Winchester. I provided her with all the info at the start. Very disap... read more

Multiple problems and multiply delayed closing. We did not seem to be a priority.

Extremely poor communication. Before closing we signed the papers with Northwest Title. The settlement amount was different than what email statement had. After the closing settlement amount was level less than the signed paper. Our real estate agent closed on behalf of us so he did know some of the added charges. This company did not bother to inform us regarding added charges which were incorrect. Tiffany Davis was the contact person, so left message but never received call back. Would not recommend.

Very poor communication. Before closing received email statement and the settlement amount. Received amount was less than what email had. Never contacted us regarding this. After closing left messages no phone call back. Tiffany Davis was the contact person. Will not recommend.

Wrong or inaccurate information was provided prior to closing. This gave an unexpected change in the amount to be profited. The error that was made was not wrong, however it was not presented correctly prior to closing. Which resulted in a discrepancy of about $2500. Again, this was money that should have been paid by myself and that is not the issue. The issue comes from the lack of certainty and inaccurate information being provided
