I have had a storage here for over a year and I have never had any problems. My rates stayed the same throughout the entire time I was here at very affordable prices. I loved how friendly and helpful Savanah was throughout it all she made communication very easy and efficient . Would recommend for people looking for a storage!
We just moved in and we were really impressed with both the facility and the woman who checked us in. Stacy was extremely helpful! I feel like she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We have an upstairs unit and the building was very clean inside and out. The elevator is bright and actually works! It seems very secure unlike other area storage facilities. They might be a little pricier but it's 100% worth it.

Have a storage unit in Corvallis, OR, and they have been great - I had an issue with being charged for insurance when I had already sent a copy of my renter's insurance, and the issue was fixed and credited within one day of me asking about it - great service!
I called to inquired about pricing on units due to me moving. I spoke with a very polity women named Sage who answered all my questions to a T. But unfortunately due to the price of the size of unit I needed I had to look elsewhere. Over all the customer service from Sage was amazing just the unit wasnt in my price range.
Highly recommend using Northwest Self Storage. After calling numerous storage places we felt most confident with storing our Trailer at Northwest. Lorren was extremely helpful in getting us all set up & he was very patient with all of our questions. The facilities are kept extremely clean, gated, and seem extremely safe. Highly recommend!!
I was able to rent a small unit and move in the same day. Paid a deposit but rates are fair and competitive. Front Desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Well let me start by saying the 202nd Northwest Storage location is allowing homeless people to hangout all hours of the night at this facility. Homeless people showing up 8:45 pm to 9 pm unloading garbage bags, after garbage bags out of vehicles. Homeless hanging out on bikes in the facility. Homeless hanging out in empty units with blankets and watching TV. Same night I discovered my stuff stolen. LOTS OF STRANGE ACTIVITY AT THE FACILITY. People living in units on site, living out of. All I have to say is it's the worst place ever. After the incident that happened today I would recommend that nobody ever does business with this place. As we got to our RV and we're cleaning it out right by the cleaning station is a dumpster parked in a space obviously not marked but it's not for public use. I spoke with another renter who told me all the dumpster is over there.
