A item was left out of my unit by mistake and when I went back they had put a lock on my unit ... My unit is in my roommates name and both his and mine are set up with auto pay when he called and asked about the lock they said they put it on and charged him a dump fee for the item I was locked out of my unit all month long until the next month when he had to call them and pay the fee then I was told I could only get in and out of my unit during there open office hours only how in the hell can they legally lock you out and te... read more

Worst storage facility ever, my storage unit was broken into, along with many others, if you are even 1 day late they call you nonstop even after I made a payment arrangement. Staff is never there, rats all over the facility, tweakers bringing in loads of stolen stuff all hours, hanging out in cars. This place is a dump, steer clear, you've been warned.

i rented from nw division st gresham kept over charging me after i gave them my renters insurance policy was suppose to be 68 dollars per month kept charging me 72 dollars per month after so much time with the customer service,,they fixed the problem for 68 a month then i just got a card in the mail saying my storage is going back up to 72 dollars , thats enough of this so i decided i will be going to differnt storage place company , they were clean and easy accesss but wont come back,, i just found out they raised my stora... read more

This should be zero or negative stars. We reserved two storage units, received multiple confirmation texts that our units were available only to show up on the date rental was to start and have both of them rented out. Staff stated it's first-come, first-serve. So why have a reservation system? Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place like the plague.

I've used Molalla location, and they were AMAZING to work with. The manager there last year (Mayb2021) was wonderful! Hubbard was great getting my first unit last month. Helpful, no issues. Needed a 2nd unit yesterday, and that's when it all went down. Online says both Hubbard and Canby are open until 5 on Sundays. I rented a 2nd unit online, set up for the first month free, received my email confirmation, went down to the store to sign and finish up and get my unit $. The sign there says closed. I was harrassed and threatened by the manager, locked out of the unit, could not have access either by car or by foot. The manager was so rude I could not believe the aggressiveness of this person. I will never do business with them ever again.

Caution: I paid via phone to hold a spot for a vehicle while I reviewed a lease agreement, but called two days later to let the company know I didn't need the space. I offered the company their $20 admin fee, but expected a refund for the balance. The company's response was that my payment implied I agreed to a lease--a document I had not received before making the deposit, and certainly had not signed. Caution: the "Web Rate" advertised on most of their units is 50% off the actual ongoing full rate and only applicable for the first 3 full months of rental. My particular facility at 82nd and Division in Portland is new and has good access (though limited hours), no complaints about this part of their offering. They're just been a little painfully and potentially tricky to deal with in my experience. Perhaps I've had bad luck or caught folks on the wrong day, or they caught me on the wrong day. Don't go there. Have a lawyer read your contract Expect them to go up on your rent yearly. Expect them not to do anything except take your money on time Expect no compassion or humanness,it is not in the contract I was a customer for five years, and was never late on payment. At move out on day 8 of the month, they could not and would not consider prorating the month. Mice and rats will visit your unit. They are Blood suckers to the end.
