Don't go there. Have a lawyer read your contract Expect them to go up on your rent yearly. Expect them not to do anything except take your money on time Expect no compassion or humanness,it is not in the contract I was a customer for five years, and was never late on payment. At move out on day 8 of the month, they could not and would not consider prorating the month. Mice and rats will visit your unit. They are Blood suckers to the end.
We've had our storage unit there for over three years now. Never had any rat a rodent issues. But in the last three months we showed up there to grab a few things for our new baby that we are expecting while we are traveling for work.
