Reasonably priced. Very nice office lady. She communicates very well and is helpful. The site is secure. I feel my things are very safe and cared for. It is easy to get in and out during any hours. The automatic payment makes it nice and easy!
I called to inquire about pricing on a unit. I spoke to a very polite women named Sage. She was very helpful with answering all my questions. But unfortunately due to the price of the size of unit I needed I had to go elsewhere. Over all the customer service is great just over my budget for the size unit I need.
I want to let people know that there is not a better more efficient worker than,"SAGE" I have had several storage lockers in the Portland metro area and by far this one is exceeds the best quality it's the cleanest that I have ever rented from.I have been meaning to right this letter for some time now but I just want anybody to know if they want good service friendly people this is a place to rent and sage absolutely goes above and beyond her job duties and I want to thank her personally thank you sage you've been a blessing... read more
First of all ask for SAGE. She was such a huge help with my units!!! Seriously saved me a ton of money and was so helpful with all of my questions!!! 2nd it's a secure location since I've been there and I've changed units a few times over the years (unfortunately due to family issues) and This last time Sage made it a breeze. Also she recommended some great movers we needed when we switched units. Easy access units. Lighting is good and the halls and areas are kept clean!
I just recently relocated from California to Oregon and I am happy that I found this Northwest storage to store my stuffs. The personnel staffs are friendly and accommodating. And the manager Matt Kramer is superve in his customer service for he was able to attend to my billing issue and resolve it right away. I use Northwest Self Storage in Clackamas for both work and personal use. I've been renting for over 5 years and have always had a very positive experience. James and Alicia are very helpful, courteous and friendly. The facility is clean and well maintained. There are certainly other storage facilities closer to where I live, but I am so pleased with this business and the people, that it's worth the extra distance. I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage if you are looking for storage space.
I love the family feel and the fact that the people that run the place live on site so they keep the place clean and secure I would highly recommend this place if you need a storage unit or a place to store a boat or r v they are so helpful
