The staff is very kind, and the facility is always clean. I would never use another storage company, because I trust this place. When I switch storage units they even helps me clean it out. Very pleased with this place
The onsite management makes this storage facility a rare gem. Great customer service and friendly staff have made every interaction a great experience. Recently, we had a bit of a challenge moving a large item, and James and Alicia, the current management, were extremely helpful with suggestions. I highly recommend storing at this location!
This place is great. I've rented space here off and on for the last 4 years and the management there NOW far exceeds what this facility has experienced in the past. These folks are super friendly and the customer service is phenomenal. Happy Valley, OR

Just rented a unit and was very pleased with the service provided by the on site managers Alicia and James. My wife and I stopped by on a Saturday afternoon but did not realize it was after open hours, both Alicia and James made us feel welcome and took the time to not only get us set up that day but made sure we had all the info to make the storage process easy without making us feel rushed because they were already closed and now on their own time. Thanks Alicia and James!

Main gate has broken in the open position twice in last 9 months both times remaining broken for at least three days. In both situations site attendant said they notified their manager the first day the gates were broken but were told the request had to work it's way up through chain of management to appropriate level of repair authorization. Save your money! Pick someplace else. These guys are super expensive, give no move-in specials and will lock you out if not paid on the first of the month I advised them when I paid last months rent that I would be out the first week of April, but they want payment in full and will not allow me to get my belongings. James and Alicia, the managers when I moved in were great. The place was clean, they were nice people. The new managers are jerks. Who ever heard of a lock out when the rent is TWO DAYS LATE!?!?! I stored my belonging there for a period from 5/15 - 9/17 and all I will say about it that was Pro was my stuff was never stolen. I will list the negatives below regarding this ghetto place and leave it for you to decide. Cons: Dirty!! Smells like bug spray from the numerous bug bombs they set off which permeated all of my belongings. I even called and they said they couldnt help it.
