Buyer beware. We used this place to store our furnishings for one year. I have no complaint with the family that runs this business. They have always been nice to us. My complaint is with the ongoing rodent problem. Ask before signing the contract or read the fine print. They assume NO responsibility for the rodents damaging your personal property. My wife and I had all of our possessions stored here for approx 6 months while we worked through the process of finding and buying a home. I spoke w/ the property managers of this facility numerous times to ensure they had not had issues w/ water damage, theft, vandalism, etc and they assured me there were zero issues and that their facilities were top notch.
