I have been a patient of Dr Baker’s for about three years. I have chronic pain from the base of my skull to my tail bone and have had multiple procedures. The office is efficient, the staff courteous and caring, and I can’t say enough about the EMTs, Anesthetists and MAs. Dr Baker and his PA, Shauna, are incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Dr Baker is devoted to his patients and their care. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else for chronic pain management.
Always professional, cares about his patients, gives personal service and never rushes through an appointment. Gives injections when needed. Love him!
Went very well. No complaints! Did leave message next day with office of Dr. Baker indicating no pain and felt fine. Yes, have recommended friends to Dr. Baker.
I am so thankful to having to be able to go to Novaspine for treatment. Dr. Morales and the whole stuff are wonderful, and have been an great help for me. I highly recommend.
Excellent compassionate doctor who cares for his patient's. He listens and offers advise to come up with the appropriate game plan to reduce pain.
Dr. Morales has helped me greatly with my pain management. He takes time with you to evaluate and LISTENS to what you have to say. The procedures he selects are based on what he finds in MRI’s and such, plus the information you provide him on where the pain is located. He doesn’t give up on helping you relieve your pain levels. Highly recommend him.
He is very concern about were your pain is giving you most discomfort and take care to help you. Have always got relief . So appreciate how he wants to help you with you pain
I was referred to Dr. Baker after a troublesome MRI. At my first visit, he asked lots of questions and said he thought I needed surgery. He explained everything clearly and showed me on the MRI where my back needed repair. I was petrified of back surgery. He wanted me to be comfortable with my care so tried other avenues for about a year until stubborn me realized I had to have the surgery. Simply stated, I think NP Victoria is THE BEST! She truly cares for her patients. I had been to several doctors but didn’t feel heard. I was beginning to think I would have to learn to live with chronic pain and just stay home. Victoria listens to my concerns, shares her medical opinions and we then discuss how to proceed.
