Love Novē although I'm very hard to please they still go out of their way to make my stay a very special place. Nancy and Hunter are always available for help and support.

Absolutely love this place, I have recommended so many of my friends to live here just because of how accommodating, kind, and helpful the staff is. Not to mention the quality of the complex there is nothing that compares to it. If you want a recommendation on where to live that is right in a hotspot of Dallas, but also the perfect home then the Nove is the right place.
Best new high rise apartment in Dallas. The location is great and the entire staff has been so helpful and amazing.
Lots of mixed reviews on here. Personally, I've loved living at the Nove. Knox / Henderson by far is one of the best locations in Dallas (coming from someone who's lived here their whole life). Concierge people are always super friendly, then again I do believe in mutual respect and some people here lack it. Me and my roomate toured the Nove on Saturday and had an appointment with Matthew who was lovely. He was very thorough in all the information he gave us about the units, the amenities, and the whole property. Also, such a friendly and helpful person! Thank you so much for all your help Matthew!
We toured Nove on Saturday and met Matthew who was wonderful in helping us out. He was very professional and quick to answer any questions we had. He was such a pleasure to meet with and get to know and was very helpful with the many many questions we had. So great meeting him and wonderful experience!
One of the best in the area. Clean, up to date and centrally located. Elevators are fast and almost always working. Staff is professional and very helpful. A really good place to call home in Dallas.
Unfortunately, this building is going downhill fast.... Management doesn't seem to care and it shows. It's a real shame too because this location is great, the building is great, but previous management or current (I can't keep up with the changes) is running it into the ground!
