Absolutely the worst apartment complex I've ever had to live in. Management is constantly changing and they do not care about the tenants AT ALL. The parking garage is a nightmare. The trash rooms are always loaded with trash and never cleaned/picked up. The pool is full of people who do not live there. Our door lock is a touchscreen code and it dies about every other week. 2 of 3 elevators is usually down/not working. Management fucking sucks. They don't communicate on anything. I moved in right when the building was built and things were great minus construction related issues and the build still being wrapped up, but I knew what I was getting into. Since the building was sold and the new management team is in they are horrendous. You can't get ahold of them and even if you pop in the office you're shood off as quick as they can get you out. In 2 years it had 2 owners, 4 managers, 5-6 assistant managers changed , 6-8 leasing people and 10-12 concierge changes. Security is a problem with I alone saw 5 different homeless people in the building one of which was sleeping in vestibule and another camping out I dog park. Gambling casino every Thursday with people coming and going all night. Hookers teaming and pulling hair in street in front of building as they argued over pay by resident. These are the worst run apartments that I have ever lived in.I've tried to voice my concerns with management but they literally do not answer the phone and speaking with them in person is by appointment only for residents, ridiculous. When I first moved in these apartments were great, the beautiful appearance had me fooled. The office employees that I signed the lease with have been replaced by snarky, argumentative and dismissive employees. I've lived here 1 yr and this is the 3rd management change. The pool is completely overrun on weekends by people who don't live here. They park down the street, come in the FRONT DOOR of the bldg in street clothes, covering their swimsuits and walk right into the building and right out to the pool. No one asks them a single question, including for IDs. It's obvious they don't live here, and they are NOT greeted by anyone who does live here. There is ZERO supervision of the pool or grounds.
