One of the best in the area. Clean, up to date and centrally located. Elevators are fast and almost always working. Staff is professional and very helpful. A really good place to call home in Dallas.
Unfortunately, this building is going downhill fast.... Management doesn't seem to care and it shows. It's a real shame too because this location is great, the building is great, but previous management or current (I can't keep up with the changes) is running it into the ground! I just leased a Penthouse at Nove. What really me was the professionalism of the whole team, especially Kristina who showed me the unit. Great experience so far!
I've been apartment searching for months with no luck and today I called Nove at Knox and my searching came to an end! Within an hour of calling, DiGiovanni sent me a detailed video of the apartment I was interested in, sent an email with all of the pricing details, and had my application filled out. The amenities are top knotch and the staff is incredible, friendly, and helpful. I cannot wait to move in here in a few short weeks!!
Everyone understands occasional elevator maintenance. There's nothing occasional about elevators being down months at a time. And you failed to address dog urine in the halls and elevators, garage gates being left in the UP position, or pets being off leash in the building. In one instance a dog off leash literally jumped up on the staff member in the full elevator (because only 1 was working), and he petted the dog and laughed. Overpriced DUMP! I lived at Nove for 3 years, and my advice is RUN, don't walk, away. The elevators are constantly out--for months at a time. The garage gates are constantly broken and stay in the UP position, so anyone at any time can drive in and park. Cars are vandalized monthly. There are HUGE and MANY pets living there, and owners are allowed to have their pets off leash in the lobby, elevators, and grounds. As of April 27th we are once again operating on 1 elevator. I was told all 4 would work by 3/31, then 4/7 and was last told 4/23. We are close to having no elevators in 20 floor building. This is far from "luxury".

Nove more like RUN AWAY. Wish I could give this place negative stars. Elevators don't work, property staff habitually lie, cars are constantly broken into or stolen (point of entry never fixed), pipes burst once every 5-6 months ( they wont comp your rent for the inconvenience), dog urine all over the premises, the year round pool isn't heated or cleaned in the winter... Elevators have not been working properly since November 2024. In addition, the garage gates have broken on a few occasions and are left open. With car break ins in this area that is not safe. If you are looking to move I would sadly no longer recommend Nove. Editing to add that as of 3/22 we are now operating only on the freight elevator for a 20+ story high rise.
