Great experience renting a unit today. Paul was patient and helpful. I was reluctant to rent here due to reviews about rent being raised often. We will see. I was happy to see a live person to help with my needs. Most other storage companies require you to rent on-line without the ability to ask questions. So far I am happy with my decision. My husband and I have had our belongings in the Extra Space Storage unit on St. Clare for several years. Tom, the manager, has always been watchful of everyone who enters into the facility, so we feel confident that our belongings are safe! Tom has also been very accommodating to us. When we needed a new lock, he helped us to get our old one off, and then sold us a new one that was perfect for our unit!!! We believe that he is an asset to this facility!!! I was happy with the rental. A few different managers were at the place over the time I rented and all were nice and helpful. Never had any issues. Rates did go up slightly over 3 years but not nearly as much as the other place I was using. Overall nothing negative to say.
