It was a great experience. We had comic books in storage from when we closed our store. Last month we made the trip from Pennsylvania to Arizona to retrieve the comic books which had been in storage since 2003. After literally 20 years, they were undisturbed. There was no environmental damage. When we could not find our key, we were permitted to use their equipment to cut the lock. The woman behind the counter was friendly and efficient.
