My name is Leanne and I am writing a review for John who helped me at 10200 Katy Freeway at Hai storage. John was so helpful and friendly! He answered all of my questions and was very polite and did everything with the smile! I am very satisfied with Hai storage customer service, setting an appointment, and arranging for my move-in. I highly recommend Hai storage on Katy Freeway in Houston Texas.
