We went to the Southern Self Storage in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Our manager Jennifer Zayas was very friendly, professional and answered all our contract questions clearly and with detail. We got a tour of the facilities especially the exact size of the unit we needed and was very helpful explaining how to come in and out of our storage unit and premises. We were very pleased with the surveillance system and the fact that a manager is on the site 5 days a week. Thank you.

First and foremost I want to thank Michelle and Samantha for their help in relocating my large unit into a smaller unit. I had to purchase the large unit during the pandemic because that was all that was available at that time. When a smaller unit became available, they called me immediately. GOOD BUSINESS!!! They were so positive. I will always support these good, caring people. They directed me in the right direction to donate 30 years of belongings I no longer needed and would help other people!!!
