Amazing service. Very helpful and polite
I have been storing with them since 2016 (8 years). They have always been helpful when I had an issue (such as losing my keys). I felt safe being there when I needed to sort through my belongings to find things. Even though it is wonderful not to need their services anymore, it was a wonderful experience storing with them. I would highly recommend them if you need storage.
Worked with Alyssa McDonald to get a storage unit. She was knowledgeable and personable. She was efficient getting us started. Explained insurance requirements. She walked us through the process to enter code, keep doors open, elevator use and entry in unit. She knew her stuff!

Wow! The property manager here- Gigi Pastor- was amazing! Superb multitasker- had 2 customers in line and one on the telephone and managed us all without any issues and in very quick time. This business is very lucky to have her!!
This is my second review of this establishment. Broadway Storage Solutions is a great place to keep your stuff, whether it's an RV or an old desk. The management team will help pick the right storage area or unit and then they stay with you the rest of the way. They happened to be right down the street from me so I was lucky. But if you're a short trip away, it is worth the drive.
