Easy check in. The manager Ginger was professional friendly and very helpful when I was trying to back my trailer into my spot.

Beware when moving out early. You will not be pro rated if you plan on moving out before the end your monthly billing circle. . You will pay your full months rent regardless of move out date. Also expect your rent to increase yearly by at least $25. Been renting at this facility for a little over 3 years now. Aside from those negatives, it’s been a decent experience.

I just recently moved and closed my storage unit at Bar 4. It is an excellent storage facility with very good prices. They have increased the prices every few years out of necessity which is expected everywhere. They always keep the price increases to a minimum and that is much appreciated. The facility is very secure and I never had any concerns of my unit’s security. I would highly recommend Bar 4 storage to anyone looking for a secure facility with good prices.
