Very professional,,took the time to explain everything to me and if I didn’t get a clear understanding of the context they would explain it again if I was stumped on the answers instructions on how to transport, what to do if I’m caught in the rain etc

Brandon is the best.He always makes the time and listens to my problems with my lemon of a quantum chair. He even thought to bring a rep from quantum (for the second time in 11 months).Also,he had another person on video as well making suggestions.
