Stephanie never kept me informed And Alan is just as bad. I had to wait months for my chair due to a dr and numotion. Im not even sure if i got the correct wheelchair. I never received a order list. Only an email that i could not open. I know a ultralight was told to my insurance I will find out soon. I will never use them again. They don't care about you. Only the insurance fraud money. Do not us them. Search for people who can atleast call you.

The tech was dressed unprofessional. He did do a good job. Though. My frustration is with Numotion in general. The first two times they came out they had the wrong part. This time they brought a new headrest, which was very tiny and I already have a nice headrest. I’m hoping I receive credit for the parts that I did not need the time it took to get the correct parts was ridiculous.I’m betting it’s been at least six months. Wrong parts ordered. Permobil changed important things without telling the assembly technicians at Nu Motion. Not the experience I have had in the past. Not happy with having to deal with trying to get things fixed or reordered and now having a non functionable power wheelchair. The wheels are my legs and I am not able to be me at this time.
After escalating 2 times and finally getting the wheel chair after 5 months we discovered the belt is missing. Felicia is the worse tech and person I have ever encountered. Numotion she should not be working with this population. I am tired of waiting hours on the phone to file a complaint. I have to do this again I’m so so exhausted! When will this stop?
