Staff were very pleasant. Technician had my wheelchair repaired in under 15 minutes. After repair chair was just as good as day I first received it.
If there is another place you can buy a personalized wheelchair, I would do it. This place does NOT service a wheelchair after a purchase, without first setting up an evaluation (3 weeks away) and then a separate appointment for a repair. We need the breaks repaired on ours. This lack of timeliness for a cumbersome wheelchair that we can't transport to a shop ourselves for the repair, is not helpful to a disabled person. This is a safety issue.
Our experience with NuMotion is very mixed. It was great in the beginning, but did not end that way. My mama got a power chair, but the seat and headrest were just loaners. Jeff Poorts was supposed to make sure she got her seat and headrest that goes with her chair. That was 8 months ago! And still nothing! It cost thousands of dollars but sits and collects dust. We are not happy with NuMotion and we will not send our friends or family to NuMotion.
Technision from Numotion came to Care Center to repair my husbands wheelchair. He is very thorough in fixing repairs and very knowledgeable. Very pleasant individural. Thank you Kelly.
Zero communication from this provider. Took over a year to get a powered wheelchair due to zero, zero communication. I asked multiple times to be included on the appointments, to discuss product selection, and any expected costs. None of this occurred! Not a single phone call despite at least 6 calls to the local branch and leaving my contact information.
