It was great!! I didn’t know what to expect but Ryan was so nice and gave us a lot of information about the chair. He also brought one in the house to show me how it works. Looks like a great chair that is very beneficial. Jennifer from Brooks was very nice as well.

Our seating experience was excellent. The current chair is 8 years old and does not fit well at all. Jeff was able to highlight all areas of need and design the best options for support and comfort. He was very patient and answered all of our questions as well. We are excited for the new chair to arrive!
