Very good the munitions rep came right to my home and talked to me and I spoke to a Physical Therapist then he took the measurements that he needed and went over the process he asked me what I was looking for and gave his suggestions and we went over options the whole process was very helpful and he answered all my questions so all in all it went very well

I have been waiting since January. My wheelchair doesn’t move at all. They would not supply a loaner. Numotion has been out twice with the wrong parts and missing parts that were ordered. Now mid April I’m still waiting for Numotion to repair my wheelchair. I asked to speak to a manager but Numotion manager has never contacted me.

Have an experience technician who know what they are doing when troubleshooting.
