Very good the munitions rep came right to my home and talked to me and I spoke to a Physical Therapist then he took the measurements that he needed and went over the process he asked me what I was looking for and gave his suggestions and we went over options the whole process was very helpful and he answered all my questions so all in all it went very well

During our home eval for a new chair, Ryan was obviously knowledgeable about the type of wheelchair that would best suit my needs. The visit seemed productive.
Good, the only thing i could suggest is that customer at the time gets a copy of the assement .
I have been waiting since January. My wheelchair doesn’t move at all. They would not supply a loaner. Numotion has been out twice with the wrong parts and missing parts that were ordered. Now mid April I’m still waiting for Numotion to repair my wheelchair. I asked to speak to a manager but Numotion manager has never contacted me.
It took longer to get this done than it should have. I took at least 9 mo to get a different Christian
Have an experience technician who know what they are doing when troubleshooting.
