Brian, the service technician in the Rocky Hill, Ct office really took the time to address my concerns . He even gave me helpful tips to use with my husband’s wheelchair . Toby, our sales representative, was also a major help in making sure that our part arrived on time and how to make the best out of my service appointment. He is always right there when we need him the most-
