I ordered a manual chair several months ago, and it finally came yesterday! The wait was very frustrating and it seemed like it was just one thing after another. To be fair, a bit of it had to do with insurance. All things aside, I got my chair and it is great, and Josh who delivered it was great as well and very helpful! It was just a very long, unnecessary process.
