This company deserves no stars at all, maybe a half of a star. Nu Motion should be called NO MOTION! This is the sorriest company I've ever had to deal with, SC or whereever they originate. For one as bad as it is, the strain must be coming from the top! Other than that there would be some straighten up through the whole company. Worst place ever. Told me insurance covered everything no money out of pocket get home $4000 bill in the mail Back and forth for it for over two years till I finally dropped it. Anytime I need service or repair takes months to get anything to happen been waiting over a year for a new cushion now finally called me say its in OK put it in the mail no problem 15 minutes later get a call you owe us more money before will send it to you. Keep it Ill go somewhere else

Ive been dealing with this company for several years now. Ive never seen such a complete disregard for the needs of a customer. My power wheelchair has needed service several times of the years. There is always a month or more wait time for a tech to be sent out (I do not drive) to investigate the problem and then another wait time ( the last was 8 months) to actually get the parts delivered and installed. Worst company ever!!!! Backrest support of my wheelchair snapped off. As I was falling, I knocked my head on the concrete floor and slid out of my wheelchair. No support from NuMotion to fix the problem with my wheelchair. Prior to backrest snapping off, NuMotion Tech came out 2 days earlier to service my wheelchair, he photographed the backrest and confided he would need to discuss with others as to a fix. The very next day wheelchair back rest broke, I immediately reported the problem. No phone calls and no returned emails... read more
