The representative addressed all my concerns with my chair. Adjusted my seat belt very well. And was able to measure accurately the size chair cushion I need. She was friendly and very thorough. Thank you!!

Took a long time to get my parts. But once they did the technician they sent was fantastic. He was very pleasant, did a great job, & even helped place an order for other needed equipment. Also a huge bonus for me is that they came to my work to do the repairs. Living a very busy work life that was a huge advantage for me to continue working while repairs were being done.
