Alex was very professional as well as personable, providing me with solid advice about upgrading my 11 year old chair while keeping within Medicare guidelines. She also took the time to perform adjustments to my chair to make it more comfortable for me while we wait for the upgrades to be reviewed and arrive. She was able to answer all of my questions and I look forward to working with her through this process which has, in my experience, been extremely difficult in the past.
