Megan is a great communicator and problem solver…she works with you to determine what is needed, balancing her knowledge, training and expertise with your requests and desires. Neither a vendor who knows it all nor doesn’t offer any opinion is helpful to someone with my disability, but one who is willing to communicate through the process is worth their weight in gold!
