They were very friendly and professional, they were knowledgeable of the set up experience as they introduced the Permobil standup chair to me. I felt like the whole experience felt a little rushed. A lot of information on how to operate in a short amount of time. The next day when I want to use the standing chair. The one arm was lower than the other.
