The representation was good
I've deleted my original review of Numotion from August 2024. However, I stand by what I wrote about the so-called ATP, Mr. Imundo. He was completely unprofessional when he came to my home to assess me for a powered wheelchair (which my insurance company actually suggested I do). Not only did he NOT bring a sample chair and NOT take my measurements for a new chair, but he told me I could ONLY have a Jazzy Select chair OR a Jazzy Go chair, stock chairs and neither of which was appropriate for me or my needs. Evaluator came out on time. Did the evaluation. Extra, evaluated the house.
Our experience was great- everyone was so nice and helpful and the new chair is perfect!
