Clean your facilities better it’s dirty . Cleaning staff do not routinely clean . The same garbage is on the floor for days. Bathroom too. Nursing staff need to work with more compassion, Assess patient better Treat patient with personal care not an assembly line Teach you support staff to at least appear friendly/pleasant. Hard face workers dem the environment. Provide training for family to participate in care of loved one as much as possible

It was a very thorough evaluation, and I think I’ll be very happy with my new power chair. Answered all my questions. Recommend a ramp for my house.

It took 3 months to get part and a technician to house to fix the wheel chair. Never delivered rental that was promised. In the interim I had to rent at my own expense. Worst offense is that after the 3 months it took to fix it, it is worse. Brake doesn't work and wheel is still not fixed and out of alignment, wheels are rubbing and worse than before. 40 mins online for emergency repair. After multiple people sent me to a voicemail.

Whenever I need repair for my power wheelchair I only want Krish!!! Krish is fantastic. Never again do I want to deal with PJ!!!! PJ is totally incompetent and doesn't care about the customer
NuMotion's ATP (Assistive Technology Professional), Tom Imundo, was more than unprofessional when he visited my home on 8/2/2024 for an appointment with the physical therapist and me. Michelle Zazzarino, the Customer Care Coordinator, assured me that the ATP would be in my home to take measurements to ensure the new powered wheelchair would fit me and my small condo. I wonder if the good reviews are paid actors. Seriously, I’ve never seen such a rude and unresponsive company. Still waiting for someone to call to schedule a home visit so they can send the specs to the doctor so they can write a letter of necessity to my insurance. When I call they act as if I’m asking for charity. This company is ruining the process for Wheelchair users and the lack the understanding that a wheelchair is not a pair of shoes.
