I received my new manuel wheelchair and within a month I had to have the tech come out twice The first time the wheel width needed to be adjusted so it could go through all the doorways. The second time, and they kept trying to put me off, the wheel was falling off. Now the chair is giving me multiple pressure sores. I must say the techs were wonderful- efficient, knowledgeable, and on time.
Honestly, they're a disaster. They canceled my appointments twice. The second time, showed up with only one tire and blamed it on the supplier, like they did not open to verify that there were two wheels. On the third time, they assumed, an left the technician out to dry, by telling the tech that there had been inner tubes left at my residence.
