Once again failed by nu motion.Got a call today they cancled my appointment.Have to wait another week.Kicker is When i was called i was told i would be called back in a few minutes to set up appointment.Took a week for that call to happen.Two more weeks for appointment then its canceled.My seat is being held on by zip ties.I was told techs will have figure it out.Um they need to know what tools are to bring due to screws are broke off in the holes.She didnt want to hear all that.Asked for a loaner chair.Crickets nothing.
