I received my new manuel wheelchair and within a month I had to have the tech come out twice The first time the wheel width needed to be adjusted so it could go through all the doorways. The second time, and they kept trying to put me off, the wheel was falling off. Now the chair is giving me multiple pressure sores. I must say the techs were wonderful- efficient, knowledgeable, and on time.

Honestly, they're a disaster. They canceled my appointments twice. The second time, showed up with only one tire and blamed it on the supplier, like they did not open to verify that there were two wheels. On the third time, they assumed, an left the technician out to dry, by telling the tech that there had been inner tubes left at my residence. Once again failed by nu motion.Got a call today they cancled my appointment.Have to wait another week.Kicker is When i was called i was told i would be called back in a few minutes to set up appointment.Took a week for that call to happen.Two more weeks for appointment then its canceled.My seat is being held on by zip ties.I was told techs will have figure it out.Um they need to know what tools are to bring due to screws are broke off in the holes.She didnt want to hear all that.Asked for a loaner chair.Crickets nothing.
