Replacement parts came in at a resonate time and an appointment was set up quickly. Technician came early enough not to disturb the restof the day. Technician was also very personal and pleasant to talk to.

Well, the tech fried my controller which left me with no chair, so what CAN I say? Luckily, a friend who lives in my same apt building graciously let me borrow a chair he wasn’t using. To be fair your company was going to get me a loner chair. Hopefully, the new controller ordered won’t take too long to get here.
