Jenn is awesome, and so is her assistant Roxanne. Jenn saw the issues with my spouse’s chair, knew what would be an appropriate replacement and worked with the OT(PT?) who handles my spouse’s case to make sure he gets what he needs and won’t have to deal with pressure sores from the chair seat.
