Robert in every way was knowledgeable, professional and the wheelchair that he measured me for is an incredible machine that will be able to help me manage my disability as it progresses. Therapy services were great. Nurse response to call but for assistance was either real slow or didn’t happen at all. Waited over 35 minutes to be moved from bed to chair. Nurse said she needed to get someone to assist her then never returned.
The delivery guy was very rude and they never measured my doorways so my chair is to big to fit through them without some modifications

Very disappointed by Numotion Portland or Tualatin. Unreasonable delays and poor communication. I am getting billed for my daughter's wheelchair and yet nearly 6 months after she was measured, she still does not have it. Children outgrow wheelchairs and by the time she receives it, it's not going to fit her. Not to mention, she does not have a wheelchair that fits her now. Numotion is making their money so they really don't seem to care.
