Dave and Raegan came and worked to set things on the chair to make it even more comfortable. They showed me what to as for settings and how to use the joy stick, very patient and friendly. Jen who came for the first intake was wonderful, she ask questions and listened to my responses so the chair meets all my needs. I was concerned that my feet would not fit in the foot plate, but the plate raises up which helps keep them on the plate. Robert in every way was knowledgeable, professional and the wheelchair that he measured me for is an incredible machine that will be able to help me manage my disability as it progresses.
