He was very nice and knew what he was talking about! Seem like he had a lot of experience and was very passionate about making sure I was getting the best experience from the wheelchair as possible! I will be more comfortable for what I learned from him and how things will be repaired/ added . He was the Best I've had from your company to date.

Bryan, the technician, did a great job, and I don’t often see him outside the shop. He informed me that he would be coming sooner rather than later by phone call, and he asked me if that would be OK to do. It all worked out and I was able to get the parts I ordered installed on my power chair. The only drawback was that I wasn’t in my wheelchair to inform him about some of the problems I am having with my power chair.
