I am happy with some of the new features on my new chair like the footrest lift and the seatback tilt. I believe I requested a backup camera which I didn't get and there is no way to mount the X mount to hold my phone. Also different is I can no longer change the speed setting on the fly like I could on my old chair. All in all, I am glad to have this chair.

Parts were slow getting here, but the tech who came to fix my chair (i.e.: two new motors) was excellent, really nice and fast. It's good to be mobile again
