Bryan, the technician, did a great job, and I don’t often see him outside the shop. He informed me that he would be coming sooner rather than later by phone call, and he asked me if that would be OK to do. It all worked out and I was able to get the parts I ordered installed on my power chair. The only drawback was that I wasn’t in my wheelchair to inform him about some of the problems I am having with my power chair.
