You covered the bases well and it was complete.
Bryan, the technician, did a great job, and I don’t often see him outside the shop. He informed me that he would be coming sooner rather than later by phone call, and he asked me if that would be OK to do. It all worked out and I was able to get the parts I ordered installed on my power chair. The only drawback was that I wasn’t in my wheelchair to inform him about some of the problems I am having with my power chair. Actually show up next time. The person I was supposed to meet with never showed up.
I was disappointed. The tech, Brian, was great. It is your scheduling that is disappointing. I drove 95 miles from my home in Schofield to your facility in Kimberly for my necessary needed repairs (instead of waiting an additional 3 weeks for an in-home repair); only to find out that Brian also had to return to Kimberly when he was also in Schofield.
