The person who delivered and then instructed us of all the features of the new wheel chair for our son was very courteous and answered all of our questions. I was disappointed. The tech, Brian, was great. It is your scheduling that is disappointing. I drove 95 miles from my home in Schofield to your facility in Kimberly for my necessary needed repairs (instead of waiting an additional 3 weeks for an in-home repair); only to find out that Brian also had to return to Kimberly when he was also in Schofield.
