Both the tech and the ATP specialist was patient and professional when making the final fittings to my new chair. They took time in order to make sure that I was comfortable and knowledgeable of how to operate my new device.

Tom was very friendly and helpful. He already had ideas of changes we could make that would improve my seating, and when I left we had a plan in place for next steps. He answered all of my questions. It couldn’t have been a better experience.
