Arrived as expected, took very little time to fix the problem, no issues since. The serviceman was very courteous, and professional, and knowledgeable about other products, and how installation and repair could be done at home, as well as in shop.
Mr. Thomas was patient and kind. He communicated through every step, which made the process easy!
