I needed a modification to my wheelchair. NuMotion worked to get me a customized part for my needs. While it was a bit pricy--custom made after all—it suited my needs. NuMotion checked it out to make sure it was a suitable solution, got it to me quickly after they approved it. I am quite happy with the experience over all.

Hello Everyone My Tech Was Name Hector He Was Very Nice Except He Went Fix My Foot Pedal And He Lifted The Leg Raise And Now My Leg Raise Is Stuck And Will Not Go Back Down And He Left Me Like That. I Am Hurting My Legs Getting In And Out Of My Chair.

My technician was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. She helped me with my immediate need and also did a once over on my wheelchair to address other issues. Which was great! It’s hard to get time with a technician, so when you do, it’s nice to get the care and attentiveness to your wheelchair so you leave feeling satisfied and secure that your wheelchair is working properly and parts will be ordered

The technician that arrived, Bill, was fantastic! Not only did he get right to work, he explained how to use the abductors. This wasn’t my first meeting with him, I was lucky enough to having as my technician on other repairs on other devices in my home. He is the class of the field.
