Greg Busch ATP was helpful. He was very patient and answered all my questions.
The technician that arrived, Bill, was fantastic! Not only did he get right to work, he explained how to use the abductors. This wasn’t my first meeting with him, I was lucky enough to having as my technician on other repairs on other devices in my home. He is the class of the field.
Both the NRH evaluater and Numotions rep were great they were very helpful and courteous.

The wheelchair technition was very knowledgeable about the new wheelchair and answered our many questions as he made adjustments to the chair. He was very patient with us. Lanieus (spelling?) was professional and personable. Our experience was wonderful!
