Great tech. Went to work, did the job. A little more clarity- for example, proposal or invoice up front automatically would be nice. But assistants were all very helpful and persistent in calling back and getting the job done. Tx

The rep was knowledgeable and helpful. The therapist was very knowledgeable and caring, really helpful and personable. I did have a problem with the breaks not being tight. It took 2 weeks to get a tech to my house. Waiting for a new part. No follow up yet.
