The technicians that i spoke to in my house and in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The time I was called in for my chair to get fixed was not long after my home visit which was also great.

I was really happy with my wheelchair evaluation. Derek Batiste was my atp person. He brought a chair for me to try. The OT was really good and knew what she was doing. Their input is going to make my life a little easier because they took the time to see what I needed from a mobility chair.

The service was bad. The technician came to my apartment to replace the parts, but he couldn't replace them and had to take the wheelchair to the shop. The next day I had to go pick up the wheelchair from the shop, supposedly already repaired, but to my surprise, when I got home, the parts had been installed incorrectly.
