The technicians that i spoke to in my house and in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The time I was called in for my chair to get fixed was not long after my home visit which was also great.

I was really happy with my wheelchair evaluation. Derek Batiste was my atp person. He brought a chair for me to try. The OT was really good and knew what she was doing. Their input is going to make my life a little easier because they took the time to see what I needed from a mobility chair.

This place is terrible, been weeks with no replacement parts and when they come they don’t have all the parts. You would think they would look to make sure they had everything before driving an hour and half one way , I fell out of this chair and hit my head and had to call for help , they just set another appointment up and was going to fix it and canceled again , I made a big mistake buying this chair very Unsatisfied

The gentleman was not friendly at all each time I try to speak is like he didn’t want me to speak how is he going to know what kind of wheelchair my dad needs if he doesn’t speak at all so I’m my dad voice I try to explain that my dad is not able to use a power chair because of his hands he had such an attitude and this was our first time at the wheelchair assessment clinic so he doesn’t know anything about my dad condition and what he can do and cannot do hopefully he was just having an off day and the experience is not lik... read more
