On my first try for an apptmt,, I was put off until Sept. Then something opened up the very next day and I took it. Everything about the facility and personnel was 1st class -- very impressive. I am looking forward to successful cataract surgeries on Aug. 14 and Oct 9.
The staff, from the front desk to the ophthalmology asst, to the doctor, were all very pleasant, thorough, and professional. The only downside was that I had to wait about an hour to be seen, and I was there a total of 2 hours for my follow-up appointment.
Best Doctor (Dr. Tooma) Best Staff anywhere. Great experience. The same experience for my wife and son.
Oh I am so very impressed with your office and staff! Such a beautiful, clean environment and each person I spoke to was so nice. Lisa who did all the tests, then Dr. Tru, and Dr. Tooma are all exceptional! I have been so anxious about the cataract surgery but each helped calm my fears by their friendly, caring manner and professionalism. Dr. Tooma did my Lasik surgery 19 years ago and I am so happy he is doing my cataract surgery now.
My coordinator was fantastic. She is both knowledgeable about the laser eye surgery as well as pleasant to speak to.
Extremely professional and friendly staff. From the moment I entered the office I felt comfortable and confident that I would be well taken care of.
The office staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I checked in. During my initial they performed a vision test and checked my cornea thickness. Then I watched a video on how the LASIK procedure will be performed. The staff then covered the information in detail with me including what to expect before, during, and after the surgery. I was given three sets of eye drops and vitamins to take prior to the day of my surgery. I will also be returning a few days before the surgery for a dilation. I had eye surgery on 7/11/18 by Dr Too a, who I love! He has a great presence and is very empathetic since I was a total wreck about getting it done. He was so sweet and took his time explaining everything to me on the consultation. On surgery day my man asked him how he was doing and he turned to him and replied, "best day of my life" and it was so sincere. He's just that kind of guy. Every step of the LASIK procedure went well (before, during & after). The original time estimates provided were pretty much on-point. Some phases might feel a bit long, but it was all worth it in the end. The staff is experienced in this field(s), and they truly care about their patients.
