I've been comfortably living here for 6 months now. Love the location of my unit, it's tucked away, nice and quiet. It's not the worst place I've lived in, and I'm paying a lot less than those places. I like the area too, most things are a convenient drive away. Cute little library within walking distance and walking trails. Only situation that sucks is the limited parking. Aside from that, no one bothers me and I don't bother them. Let's face it, moving is a pain, especially out-of-state...when I took the tour here it was love at first sight. And so easy and hassle free. Crystal, Robert and David were the absolute greatest. So helpful through the whole process, which took less than a day. The maintenance crew is top notch as well. Quick and friendly. In fact, this whole complex has a chill, friendly vibe. Management and staff is SOOO friendly, helpful, and kind. Apartments, grounds, and pools are attractive and well maintained. Neighbors are awesome and it really feels like a community. During the summer, my young daughters and I enjoyed making friends at the pool. I'm so happy to be here. I moved here originally on a short-term, 3-month lease and when my situation became more permanent, Crystal and Robert were very helpful and flexible in providing options for a full year lease. I moved here almost 3wks ago and just last week a had a hot water issue the owner Robert got involved and maintenance team worked very hard and replaced an element inside the water tank and I have hot water again....they are AWESOME!!!!!

The apartment complex has a maintenance man name Will that is a employee, very friendly, always helpful, very hard worker, thanks for having employees like this guy!
Our family loves it here! A quiet, and friendly community! Everyone greets you, smiles, and our son loves the dogs/squirrels that live here. The apartments are dated on the outside but completely remodeled on inside! Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and faux wood floors. Feels cozy and safe here. We don't mind the planes that fly over. Parking can get a lil busy but it's ok with me. There is on going construction for the next year here and some next door from the school. I lived here for about 8 months and had no problems at all. The office staff is great (Crystal is wonderful). They responded by the next day about anything we asked about, whether it be a package being delivered or the move-out process. Even when we moved, they still treated us awesome, which is quite different than what I would usually expect from an apartment complex. I literally made my yelp account just to give them some props. Thank y'all!
My wife and I lived in these apartments for a year, I had done a lot of research on the place prior to moving in and after visiting several complexes, we decided to give this place a try. I was not disappointed. The apartments are hidden behind from the main street, so you do get some privacy and it's gated. The floor plans on average are roomier than your average apartment and at the time, for a pretty good price.
